1. How is You Got Shoes different?
You Got Shoes is a growing network of wonderful Fashionistas, leaders, customers, and employees! Everyone is willing to help wherever they can and would describe being a Fashionista as being like part of a family. The You Got Shoes Home Office is constantly working on expanding and improving our products, trainings, and processes in order to help you succeed. We also offer one of the most generous compensation plans in the industry, and provide ongoing support and training to help you maximize your commissions. But you don’t have to take our word for it, hear from some of our Fashionistas!

2. How soon will I get my starter Kit?
Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be picked, packed, and shipped.


3. Are there any minimum requirements to remain as an Active Fashionista?
There are no minimums to continue with You Got Shoes, unless you have chosen to sponsor new Fashionistas into the business on your network. View the full details in the Compensation Plan.


4. How do I get paid?
You will be paid via Check on the 1st and 16th of each month. A pay card will be implemented in the near future. Stay tuned!


5. How often do I get paid?
You will receive your base commissions every 1st and 16th of each month. Bonuses are paid on the 16th of the month following the month that they were earned.


6. How much can I earn?
As much as you want! The sky is the limit! Read the full details of earning potential in the Compensation Plan.


7. Will I receive training? (e.g. How will YGS help me succeed?)
Absolutely! We offer top notch leadership in our company. You will receive automated emails during your first 10 days after joining to help get your business off to a running start. This is your first step to building and growing a successful You Got Shoes business. They’re designed to help you become a seasoned entrepreneur while maximizing your earning potential! You Got Shoes also offers business Boot Camps, designed to challenge you into working your business smoothly.

On the 15th of each month, there is a New Fashionista Conference Call designed for all new Fashionistas to catch up on the movements of the company and to ask questions!

We also invite you to our You Got Shoes Consultant Facebook Group. This is where announcements are made, fun happens, and so much more!

Your Sponsor will also play a major role in getting you started and helping you along your way.


8. Is there an incentive for starting right away?
Yes, we have a program called “Quick Start Rewards”. This program is designed to help new Fashionistas get their business off to a strong and successful start. New Fashionistas can earn generous bonus rewards and establish patterns that will move their business forward. For more information on our Quick Start Rewards program, CLICK HERE.


9. Will I need to maintain an Inventory?
It’s up to you! You can stock up on popular styles for your customers to purchase, or simply allow your customers to place their orders to be shipped to their home.


10. How often does You Got Shoes introduce new products?
We introduce new accessories seasonally and usually add in a few surprise releases along the way!


11. Can I use my Hostess Rewards toward a Fashionista Starter Kit to join You Got Shoes?
Yes. Depending on the amount of sales at your party, your product credit can go toward a Fashionista Starter Kit.


12. How do I know which Sponsor/Fashionista to choose when I sign up?
If you don’t already know a Fashionista whom you’d like to be your Sponsor, don’t worry, we’ll select one of our amazing leaders for you!
